Chris le Fevre
I’m Chris Le Fevre, a Creative Director and filmmaker specialising in food, drink, and brand storytelling.
I’ve worked in the advertising industry for over eight years, starting out with a background in graphic design and motion graphics from the University of Edinburgh. My degree combined design with film, which naturally led me into the world of creative production.
I began my career in London at a top film agency, learning the ropes on fast-paced commercial shoots. From there, I joined a small but ambitious ad agency where I spent five years heading up creative. We worked with global brands like Google and Samsung as well as independent startups, which gave me a unique insight into how the advertising world works from both ends of the spectrum.
I eventually went freelance and built up a strong roster of clients. I directed content for L’Oréal, created visual campaigns for a whisky brand, and steadily moved deeper into the world of food and drink. It’s here that I found the perfect mix of storytelling, style, and substance.
Today, I lead creative campaigns for food brands like Hotel Chocolat, Bio & Me, and Pots & Co, directing everything from high-end product films to social-first video ads. I build teams around each project and work closely with clients to develop work that’s visually rich and strategically sharp.
I also run Munch, a food storytelling platform that’s quickly grown into a channel and event series of its own. We make chef-led films, host supper clubs with a cinematic twist, and create branded content that brings real food stories to life on screen and at the table.
If you’re a brand with a story to tell, or a dish worth filming, I’d love to hear from you.
